Studio Two     Office

These are two of my design walls. Insulation foam is covered with flannel, then trimmed around the edge with wood, holding it to the wall.

The chair is called a Slumber Chair. I purchased it 20 years ago at an antique shop and had it recovered. The back reclines a bit, but it isn't easy to do. This is an amazingly comfortable chair.

My rotary cutting board is located on top of an antique spool cabinet. You can see a better picture of this on the Studio Two page.

The pegboard holds my rulers, rotary cutters and measuring tapes. One piece of artwork, Prepackaged, is hanging on the pegboard temporarily.

The large ironing board can be moved off the table, for extra workspace. The table legs sit on bed risers to raise it to a good working height (see the next photograph).

The shelves hold everything I use on a regular basis, from boxes of sewing thread to office supplies. The colorful binders on the left side contain information about my artwork.

This is my third design wall.

My Bernina 1260 sewing machine sits on a large table on one side of my chair. The butcher block worktable has cast iron legs and was made by my husband. It could probably survive a Force 5 tornado.

Sitting on top of the dresser is an antique toolchest. You can find more information about these on the Studio Two page.

The office can be seen through the doorway.

This corkboard tracks exhibit information.

The closet can be seen through the doorway. See a better picture on the Studio Two page.
